Like any good sermon, it's full of scripture references, and it has a clear gospel call in v38-39: .. .through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. 39 Through him everyone who believes is

understands the deep significance of something and its practical relevance (Pss. 104:24; 136:5; Rom. 11:33

But just as Moses couldn't see God's face and live (Exodus 33:20), no one had fully seen God until that
